For Digital purchases: You MAY create physical items with the use of an embroidery machine for small businesses for no more than 2,000 items. Units in excess of 2,000 will require a commercial license purchased from Designs by Drea.

For Physical Items: Items made and shipped by Designs by Drea may be used to by small buisnesses IF adding to an existing product creating a new item for retail up to 2,000 units of the same design. Felties and Feltie sheets made by Designs by Drea may not be resold in direct competition to Designs by Drea. All physical items purchased from Designs by Drea must be used as a part of a new item for retail sale. Felties and Feltie sheets may not be purcahsed from Designs by Drea and sold in competing shops unless there are additional elements or assets added to created a new end product that is different from Designs by Drea prodcuts already listed. By purchasing physical items from Designs by Drea you are agreeing to these terms.

Felties and Embroidery designs created with original artwork by Designs by Drea may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, derivative works created, or in any other way exploit any part of my original work without the prior written permission from Designs by Drea. By purchasing items created with original artwork own by Designs by Drea you are agreeing to the terms of use.

Within the listing for each feltie or embroidery design that contains original artwork belonging to Designs by Drea will state that the item being purchased contains original artwork belonging to Deisgns by Drea.

Designs by Drea holds exclusive rights to all photos containing products created and photographed by Designs by Drea. You MAY NOT under any circumstance use photos belonging to Designs by Drea to promote your business. Prior writen permission is required to use pictoral works by Designs by Drea.

Photos taken by Designs by Drea may be shared if the sharer is promoting Designs by Drea. Tagging or a direct link to Designs by Drea is not require but highly encouraged when sharing photos by Designs by Drea.
