If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from Designs by Drea.

  • Purchase Terms of Agreement

    The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads, embroidery machine files, SVGs, Clipart, and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

  • Payment & Refund Policy

    All transaction for purchases of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource maerial, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Shopify, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paypal, Venmo, Sezzle, Stripe, or any other gateway that uses SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your detail are not stored during this process.

    Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed "used" after delivery, download, or opening, and all purchases made on designsbydreaco.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

    Designs by Drea reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limted to prices, technical support, terms of purchase and product or service offering without prior notice.

  • Delivery of Goods and Services

    If you do not recieve the digital product link or zip upon purchasing, you can immediately contact Andrea at designsbdrea@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your prodcut is delivered as soon as possible.

  • Returns And Refunds

    Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded prior to the order being fulfilled or shipped. Physical items are classified as either Ready to Ship or Made to Order.

    Orders containing Ready to Ship items must be cancelled prior to the order shipping for a full refund. Orders are considered shipped once the shipping label is created.

    Made to Order purchases can be refunded and cancalled if customer requests a cancellation prior to the start of the fullfillment of that order.

    Due to the nature of Made to Order purchases, any made to order purchase that are is in production can only be refunded for the items in that order that have not been made prior to a cancellation request.

    Returns

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Cancellations

    You are may cancel your order before your order ships. Ship dates are determined by the turnaround time. The turnaround time at the time of purchase will dictate you ship date. Refer to the "When will my Order ship?" section of the item you are purchasing for the turnaround time.

    If your order is in progress and items from your order have already been made. Only non-made items can be refunded from your order.

    If your order has not been started the entire order may be cancelled.

    In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you just inform us of your decision by means of clear statement. You can inform us of you decision by emailing us at designsbdrea@gmail.com

    We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we recieve the returned goods if your orders have been shipped or 14 days from the date the cancellation request was recieved on any pending orders.

  • Conditions of Returns

    In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    - The Goods were purchased within that last 30 days

    The Goods are in the orginal packaging

    The following Goods CANNOT be returned:

    - The supply of Goods made to your specification or clearly personalized

    - The supply of Good which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

    - The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

    - The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

  • Returning Goods

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Designs by Drea. You should send the Goods at the following address:

    We cannot be held responsible for Good damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend and insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the Goods or proof of recieved return delivery.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Gifts

    If the Good were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll recieve a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned products is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

    Gift Cards

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
